Think… Design… Create…
I am a part time artist and music producer living in Dorset, England. I have a past career in artificial intelligence, neural networks and computer languages and started a number of companies from logic programming and AI to online platforms for art and recruitment. Today however I am much more interested in creating art and music while keeping up with physics and politics. I am very lucky to live in an idyllic location overlooking the sea in glorious Lyme Regis, Dorset.
ART
I am pretty new to painting and have a ton of learning ahead. I use acrylic, oil paint, collage and mixed media to create texture and structure, with styles ranging from semi-abstract landscapes, seascapes and still life.
MUSIC
After years playing guitar in rock bands around Oxford I am now enjoying composing and recording new music. Having covered some of my favourites in mainstream rock, I now mainly create original music for orchestra using Logic and extensive orchestral libraries.
WRITING
I have an ongoing interest in physics, mathematics and the philosophy of science.
I have some books on the back burner at the moment - a popular science book about the mathematical nature of design and a steam-punk historical novel about Charles Darwin.
