My Music
Music is a major part of my life. I am an experienced guitarist and currently play lead guitar for the rock band Storm.
With 'Storm' I play mostly covers of classic rock from bands like Thin Lizzy, AC/DC, Queen, Free, Bad Company, ZZ Top etc.
My preferred material is largely in the rock/funk area, influenced by the usual suspects: Phil Hilborne, Vai, Zappa, Eric Johnson,
Paul Gilbert, Joe Bonamassa, Steely Dan and the like.
As well as playing mosting covers in the band, I also compose and record my own material.
The download section includes a selection of studio recordings I have made over the last few years.
While rediscovering the joys Frank Zappa, I have been introduced to the work of Mike Keneally. Modern blues players such as
Joe Bonamassa and Marcus Malone have re-opened the melodic possibilities of the old blues framework.
I apologise in advance for the outragiously self-indulgent gear page
describing the equipment I use in performing and recording. I have built up a reasonable collection of high
quality instruments (PRS, Music Man, Taylor etc.) and also equipped a digital studio running Logic 6.

Dedication
Finally, I would like to thank my wife Helen and family for their everlasting forbearance and
long-suffering of what I approximate to music over the years.
